Heya Ben, We're absolutely open to folks who work remotely. We have both today. Although we do feel there is serious value in folks being together in terms of collaboration (or swarming as I call it!) what we want more than anything are smart, energic, fun people who want to build great stuff. If that means they're remote, so be it.
Its also worth noting, we're looking for all types of folks. Long time gurus, and just getting started but excited.
