[flexcoders] keep-generated-actionscript option in builder or in project file

[Pan Troglodytes]

Is there some way to set the keep-generated-actionscript=true in Flex Builder or in the .project file (the <arguments> section looked promising but I couldn't get the format to what it liked)?  Or is it only available on the command line compiler?
