You should be able to use simple dot notation:

<mx:DataGrid dataProdiver="{feed.lastResult.xchart}"
    <mx:DataGridColumn datafield="xset.record.p1">
</mx:DataGrid>

or

<mx:DataGrid dataProdiver="{feed.lastResult.xchart.xset.record}"
    <mx:DataGridColumn datafield="p1">
</mx:DataGrid>
