yeah, I've seen this.  Make sure your mxml file you want compiled is in the list of flex applications in your project properties.  right click your project root > properties to see.

Hello All,

This problem stems from last night, in which Shannon was helping me out
with a problem.

I finally think I found the problem - and that is, when launching my
application, it keeps on running the SAME SWF file - whether I make
source code changes or not.  I thought it was just caching the SWF, so I
ran a "clean" on my project - in hopes of forcing the compiler to write
out a brand new one.

Well, come to find out, the compiler wasn't even WRITING the new SWF -
so when the application launches now, I get a 404 error - since there is
no SWF file present.

Have any of you run into this problem?

Thanks in advance for all your help,

Mike
