I'm not so happy with this description: "Business Delegate enlists the application-tier service, sending itself as a responder." (BTW, there is a typo in your diagram: "its self"!) Actually it's not the Business Delegate that acts as a responder. The Command class implements the Responder interface. The Business Delegate only passes references of the Command's "onResult" and "onFault" handlers to the Service.
