OK, here's what you need to do. 1st off, the best thing to do is order the DVD before your trial is close to expiring :-) But if you run out of time:
Order the DVD. Contact Customer Service: U.S. 1-800-833-6687, others find your number here: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/ Or email using: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/support/index.cfm?event=emailcs You can ask the agent for an extension until your DVD arrives with the serial number.
