Check out Zinc, it should do what you want. They have been fairly quick to implement Flash Player 9 support. I think they are still having some problems with Macs with Intel chips, but that is due to problems with the Flash Player for OSX. I have been using Zinc for serveral years and I am very happy with the support. Check out the forums if you have any questions. Developing for the Mac is often a pain-in-the-but because of odd file path issues, but if you don't need to load or save assets to the hard drive you should be ok.
