unfortunately, you can't apply skins like Flash do, but you can use skin with a new look, using just CSS.
Has two ways generaly to do that, first it's changing from CSS style and the second one is using a @Embed video display inside a .swf that this was generate by Flash.
Remember that using this option you won't integrate instead passing only some arguments, due to AS2 up to AS3 version.
