I've already read all of that, but its not helpful unless you are
willing to manually paginate (as I said in the first email). If you
look closely at the references you provide, it primarily talks about
printing datagrids (my text is one multi-page text block like a word
processing document). The other section discusses when the document
has natural breaks like a header and a footer.

Again, I would appreciate help from anyone who has been able to
successfully print a multi-page block of text.
