This is what mine looks like:

And then my getInstance() method:
public static function
getInstance():com.fmr.projects.PSA.model.ModelLocator
{
if(modelLocator == null)
{
modelLocator = new com.fmr.projects.PSA.model.ModelLocator();
modelLocator.arr_selectedPlans = new ArrayCollection([]);
}
return modelLocator;
}
