Thats exactly what happends with common events list MouseEvent.CLICK, etc. but this is not the case for custom events.

Also, i haven't found a way to make the event.target to point to an itemRenderer rather than the base component.

Also an itemRenderer base event listener would be coool.

Maybe i'm missing smth so plz let me know.
