I think someone from Adobe did chime in to ask what was up with it, after all it had all the ECMAScript functions (the ones that are no help and/or a pain to use). I pointed out how much simpler things like CFs dateAdd(amountStr,ammountNum,dateObj) or Java's JodaTime API was. We'll have to see. In the mean time, I'm building an Date util class as we need it.
