[flexcoders] How to implement BarChart with vertical scroll bar

Hi!   I have a need for special BarChart like chart where the height of a series will be fixed and the chart area without x-axis gets a vertical scroll bar in case the row count (N of series in chart) grows bigger so that all the series do not fit to the chart.
