Umm... I hope this doesn't mean that the next version will require Eclipse 3.2, as we are using it in Weblogic Workshop which is a 3.1.2 instance.  Having multiple eclipse IDEs open at the same time is NOT an option, given our physical resourcing, and we would certainly not be in a position to practically update if we were forced to do so. Not a scenario I'm looking forward to. :( regards, Christian.
