Hello Sri, You should probably start by working through the 'Quick Start Tutorials' in Flex Builder. They are in the Tutorials and Help section of the Flex Start Page. What you need to learn will come clear as you see what Flex can do and what you want to do with it.   You can do a lot with Flex by manipulating the example code in the help files.
