I noticed that you need to restart the machine when you express-install 9. It certainly did not work for win2k, xp IE and FF.
I also read that due to some security concern, the express install implementation has been delayed. What is the actual scenario? If you need to restart the machine, flesk2 is really not usable for applications which are for prospective customers.
