Hi, I am trying to figure out what is the recommended location for my application's data. In my case this is a group management tool so my data is a collection of groups.
I am using mxml components to display the groups and the group components use Repeaters to display it's contacts. I have already done this (twice) and it works fine. The first time I had the group mxml component store the data it was responsible for displaying - but the second time I had it bind to the data on the Application.application level. What is the recommended way? It is rather clumsy binding to Application.application and I also think it makes sense to store all the data in one place - not divide it in to multiple places.
