Ken,

i used to get this issue quite frequently, it definately is a bug
somewhere in the system, and can get quite annoying, i've had it with
all versions of eclipse and it seemed to be related to a corrupt
project, doing a clean works but in my case the project was too far
gone i had to delete the project and import all the code/mxml again.
