right now I'm doing something vaguely similar right now.  I'm going to be using a Tile container to create each page, which for me will be a Canvas.  The advantage and disadvantage of using a Tile is that it creates and destroys the children as they are seen, so if you don't have a way to keep your data persistent, or if you don't like this performance then this probably won't be the way to go.  I haven't looked into repeaters but you might want to check those out too.  I could probably get a little more detailed, but it's not really worth it unless you know this the direction you want to go in and which parts you need help with.
