I just tried to "Clean..." my project, and now I can't build any more because it says that the bin/<myapplication>.html file is missing. In fact, there is nothing in the bin directory any more.
I've even tried to create new projects and i get the same issue. I'm going to reinstall flex builder to see if I still get the same issue.
