I think you will have to use a custom itemRenderer for this.

Thanks, but both of those solutions seem to work by drawing a sprite
background in the row.  I was looking for a way to change a textColor,
not place a colored background.  

Any other thoughts?

Does anyone have any thoughts on changing the text color conditionally
on an entire row of a datagrid?  I've previously done it by creating an
individual item renderer for each DataGridColumn, but I am looking for
this ability on many grids with many columns...
