We have a requirement for a scrollable container that displays right and left arrows (when necessary) but not the track and the thumb.
To be more exact something similar to when you open up a bunch of tabs in Firefox and at the point that it can't make the tabs any smaller it displays the right and left icons. Anyone have anything that might be a head-start? Don't really want to get into measuring individual components (mostly buttons), etc. to write it myself. TIA.
