I have 4 projects open. The project I was working on had 4 components in it. I had 3 other projects open. One was a Example project that had about 20 example files in it. I noticed too I had a lot programs up. So I might have been using virtual memory. It only happened once and its ok now.

You could turn off "Build Automatically" in the Projects menu, or close projects that you aren't working on (right-click on a project in the Navigator pane and choose Close Project).
