Hello All, I am trying to figure out how to intercept the event that gets broadcasted, *just before* the DataGrid accepts a Mouse-Click, which in-turn, highlights a Row.
I've done things like "override functions" in the past, to accomplish similar goals of modifying built-in behaviors, but in this particular case, I am pretty sure I need to intercept an event. I've never done anything quite like this before, so any help will be VERY appreciated. If I read the docs correctly, I need to intercept the "itemClick event" - which belongs to the ListBase Class, that the DataGrid inherits. Before getting bogged down with all the criteria which will dictate whether the Grid should accept itemClick events, I really need to find how to do the hard-core basics first. Hopefully this post is easier to read, and generates a better response than the original. Thanks everyone!! Mike
