We don't have any 3-d rendering of charts right now, you can write your own renderer that would simulate 3d. No new chart feature for 2.0.1, there are some bug fixes though. 2.0.1 does have a few new features, most notably the modules functionality that has been discussed on Roger's blog. But it's primarily a bug fix release.
