Fire the event in the view:
        var theEvent:LTIPSharesEvent=new LTIPSharesEvent(this,

                modelInstance.sessionToken, modelInstance.loggedInUser);
        CairngormEventDispatcher.getInstance().dispatchEvent(theEvent);

Command:
        public function execute(cairngormEvent:CairngormEvent):void {

                var shares_event:LTIPSharesEvent = cairngormEvent as
LTIPSharesEvent;
                var delegate:SharesDelegate = new SharesDelegate(this);

                savedView=shares_event.view;
                delegate.getLTIP(shares_event.sessionKey,shares_event.username);
        }

        public function result(event:Object):void {
                savedView.onGetLTIPSharesResult(event.result);
        }

This is Cairngorm 2.1, one we did the same thing in 2.0 too.

Clearer ?
