When the minimum and maximum values are fixed for the Y Axis on a chart and there are points that are outside the currently set min and max ( IE off the chart points ) Flex does not draw a line towards those non-visible points.
It seems to only connect the data points that are fully visible on the chart rather than showing a zoomed in version of the function being graphed, where the line should continue to trend toward the non-visible points. It creates a series of line segments that kind of look like blades of grass when the function regularly oscillates off the chart area. Is there a workaround or method to make a chart draw the line towards these out of range points? Ely?
