It screwed up my old install of FB2.0/Eclipse3.1... I decided to go back to using that temporarily, so I loaded up Eclipse3.1, the Navigator view was empty! I right clicked, chose Import and chose my workspace. My projects were present in the dialog and were all checked. I hit finish and was told the projects existed.. If they did, I couldn't see them in the Navigator view... This sucks Adobe.. sucks....
