Yes, it is possible. I've used this control before, it works:
http://www.f-in-box.com/ It isn't free though, I think its around $400, or $900 with the source code (which could be interesting to see how they did it). It provides a wrapper around flash.ocx so your app doesn't require installation. They have a trial, try it out.
