[flexcoders] ScrollBars don't appear in Browser...

Any idea why the scrollbars in the browser do not appear when I set the
minWidth and minHeight.

 

The swf doesn't go smaller than 1024&768, but the browser doesn't let me
scroll if its window is smaller...
