To foolw a question from scrollToIndex:
Given the XML structure as following
<emps>
  <emp id="1" firstname="amy"/>
  <emp id="2" firstname="john"/>
  <emp id="3" firstname="steve"/>
</emps>
from the mx:Tree or mx:Datagrid
how do you the index of id=3 in Actionscript?
