Hi,

Thanks for the help.  That worked and it called the "next" command which
is what I wanted.

In my result handler in the command that gets called next this works:

public function result( data:Object ):void {
     var event:ResultEvent = data as ResultEvent
     model.employeeList = event.result[0];
}

This does NOT work:

I am just trying to find out why, and if the above is how most do this.

public function result( data:Object ):void {
      var event:ResultEvent = data as ResultEvent
     model.employeeList = event.result
}
