I think maybe you're getting a bit lost in the containers... if you
properly nest them, Flex will automatically build the scroll bars to
allow you to see the entire text.

As far as i know, there aren't any limits to the length of a
container, but if the parent container is defined to be shorter than
the child, then the child will possibly get cut off.
