HI, I want to Create a Custom Component using Action Script 3, extending Panel Class. I want to add my own ScrollBar functionality through coding. Any one have got any idea how to do it or which section of Flex 2 API i should refer. I don't want the Default Scrollbars, I just want 2 buttons to handle the functionality of scrolling .
