Actually I gave some of the dev team here are Optimal a Flex 2 training so they could use it in their own projects. And I was showing them some of the components people built that I was already using. So they asked where do we find these? Is there an apache commons type web site to go to? I think this is something that needs to be work on, cause people are building some useful components, but they post them on their blogs and such, so if you don't read blogs everyday and write them down, you are going to loose track of them. So maybe something can be done in that regard.
