Yeah that is an option (and would be ideal), but the kicker is we can't 
require/assume that the user has access back to our server. So we have 
to generate the report & display entirely server side and then send it 
to the user.

Right now we're heading down the path of using a different format when 
emailing the reports. So online reports are viewed in Flex, and 
emailed/automated reports will be PDF/HTML or something basic that most 
email clients can handle.
