INDIVIDUAL Just me doing Flex/UI, although we only have 3 developers total so we're quite small. I suspect you'll see a trend of small Flex teams in most startups/companies adopting Flex for the first time since it is so powerful and efficient to develop in that you really don't need huge teams for most projects.
