[flexcoders] MouseOut not triggering when the mouse rapidle leaves the element.

I have an image that resizes on mouse over and I have a mouseOut to 
switch to a diff state and if I do it rapidly the state does not switch.

How can I ensure the mouseOut command successfully switches states on 
mouseOut.
