I just had this same problem. I just gave up with FlexBuilder and went
to the latest version of Eclipse, the Flex Builder plugin and subclipse
and it worked.

Subject: [flexcoders] Can't get Subclipse to work in Flex Builder

I installed Subclipse by following the instructions at
http://subclipse.tigris.org/install.html. I do have team members who
have it working, but I can't get it going. Any ideas? Any help would
be appreciated.
