When you finished the DB install it should have popped up and asked you "do you want to know how to install the CF Extensions?". Basically, there is a ZIP file on your machine, somewhere under where the FB installer bits put themselves, and you need to add that archive as a new Eclipse plug-in (in FB, Help->Software Updates->Find And Install->Search for new features to install->New Archived Site button, and then select the ZIP file).
