Required Skills / Experience: Extensive experience with MXML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, ActionScript(2 and 3), XML or an expert on building Flash Applications Experience building and architecting extensible widgets Knowledge and experience diagnosing and fixing performance bottlenecks. Experience programming Enterprise-level data-intensive dashboard layouts with multiple grids, charts, and hierarchical data. Familiarity with applying MVC design patterns and principles to complex user interaction scenarios. Understanding of `mocking up' components using Adobe Fireworks or Photoshop.
