Several ways. 1) Fail gracefully 2) If a service changes and is incompatible with old clients then do not reuse the url. For example all of our front ends have version numbers in the url so we can quickly determine if the user is on an old version. Our services are the same way, except that for the most part they don't change. We spend a lot of time making sure it's what we need before. ... This is not a difficult problem, there are a lot of ways to get around cache servers and cached browser issues. -- Flexcoders Mailing List FAQ: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/flexcoders/files/flexcodersFAQ.txt Search Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/flexcoders%40yahoogroups.com Yahoo!
