Yes, April 20th for most of the new products. The video products and the Master Collection will not be available until July, but if you're interested in the Master Collection (which includes everything) you can buy one of the other Creative Suite packages now (like the Web Premium package) and Adobe will let you upgrade to the Master Collection when it becomes available for just the difference in price between what you paid for the package you bought and the price you would have paid for the Master Collection (which is nice).
