Job Description:
Workday Inc. is seeking an experienced developer with knowledge
developing Rich Internet Applications. 
 
If you are passionate about creating the Best User Experience for
users of Enterprise Applications, and feel frustrated by continually
pushing the bounds of the DHTML/Ajax to get that level of experience
comparable to desktop applications, then we are looking for you. If
you are believe Flash should be used for more than just banner ads or
the "Intro Page" to a website, then let's see what you can do!
 
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of Flex2 or any
other RIA tools, to implement our custom XML client framework. 
 
Required Skills / Experience:
• Extensive experience with MXML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript,
ActionScript(2 and 3), XML or an expert on building Flash Applications
• Experience building and architecting extensible widgets
• Knowledge and experience diagnosing and fixing performance bottlenecks.
• Experience programming Enterprise-level data-intensive dashboard
layouts with multiple grids, charts, and hierarchical data.
• Familiarity with applying MVC design patterns and principles to
complex user interaction scenarios.
• Understanding of `mocking up' components using Adobe Fireworks or
Photoshop.
