I see from this that the Flex plugin is NOT the cause of the problem
but another plugin I had installed .. I've disabled that plugin
and the problem has gone away !! ( yeah no more closing those error
log windows :) ) ..
Thanks for the help in pointing me to the log file location , you've
saved my hair !! :) ..
