I got it working with the wmode setting. But now I have the next problem. I'm using state transitions to navigate within my application and the IFrame is supposed to move and resize in one of the transitions but everytime the transition starts the IFrame disappears and doesn't appear anymore. Any suggestions for this behaviour?
