Are your project files under SVN control? Do all your developers have
the same output and output URL settings?

I just mean that Subclipse will not automatically check-in your bin
folder... I'm not sure if it does anything else. Obviously you can do
that from the command-line as well (manually). I didn't mean to suggest
it was magic or anything... ;-)

AFAIK Subclipse has no more knowledge than the SVN command line client.
