I am also using MacOS but for me the Charts show up properly in both Safari and Firefox.
Can you ensure that you have latest (9.x) FlashPlayer installed on MacOS.

The chart is a monitoring chart that displays a time line of data. As the time passes, the chart marches to the left and the first point drops off the chart as new data come in.
