Yeah, but they can be a bit slow regarding rendering time.

If you can get away with doing a List and setting it's ItemRenderer to a
Component, it may get you what you want also.
This is the way I try to do things since I heard that Repeaters are slow
rendering-wise...

   <mx:List dataProvider="{SOME_ARRAY_COLLECTION}"
       backgroundAlpha="0.0" borderStyle="none" selectable="false"
       width="100%" height="100%" x="21" id="list1">
       <mx:itemRenderer>
           <mx:Component>
               <mx:HBox width="100%" borderStyle="solid"
horizontalScrollPolicy="off"
                   cornerRadius="6" paddingRight="10" paddingTop="5"
paddingLeft="8">
                   <mx:Label text="{SOME_DATA_BINDING_VALUE}"/>
                   <mx:Spacer width="100%"/>
                   <mx:SOME_OTHER_COMPONENT/>
               </mx:HBox>
           </mx:Component>
       </mx:itemRenderer>
   </mx:List>

Hope that helps,
Mark
