What are the views here regarding AIR vs using exe wrappers such as Janus or Zinc?
For those asking themselves "WTF? ..." here are the links. :) Janus: http://www.spaghettisort.com/cms/ Zinc: http://www.multidmedia.com I'm really getting 100% behind using Janus with Flex as it's really working out well for me. The development team at SpaghettiSort are really responsive to the needs of small developers like me. I looked at Zinc but others on here have reported it buggy and some of the database stuff just didn't work for me. For me, you only buy the software once, but it's the support and community which are the make or break. AIR isn't ringing my bell right now. But it's early days yet.
